We booked triple room with comfortable bed and could use wake-up service, available in it. Climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a seating area were much appreciated. The location was marvellous and excellent, close to Gazi Husrev-beg's Museum.

Great location, only a 5-minute walk to a cool wooden fountain landmark 🗺️. the rooms are spacious and equipped with a comfy sofa bed and nice amenities. the staff here is amazing and super friendly!

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel facilities were clean and modern, with a spacious VIP room that can accommodate up to 4 adults and additional armchairs that can be used as beds for younger children. Parking is available, but it's better to reserve in advance as there are only 4 slots. In terms of transportation, it's conveniently located just off the town hall and near the main old town area. The staff were also very friendly and went out of their way to recommend things to see and do. The breakfast was decent for a budget hotel, with options like juice, cheese, and rolls.

The hotel is in a very convenient location in the old part of the city, perfect if you want to explore the area. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary Bosnian/Turkish coffee, a lovely touch! they made sure we had a parking spot for our large vehicle, which was greatly appreciated.

there was a noisy dog that barked in the morning, which was quite irritating.

Located in a prime position, close to the centre and excellent sights of the city. the hotel is just across the street from the city hall. It is clean, modern and comfortable. Guests can enjoy free wifi, free breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel lacks some basic amenities like an elevator, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sarajevo's old center, and I must say, it was a great experience. The location was fantastic, with the old town just a short walk away. My xmas stay at this hotel was amazing! I loved the cozy and warm atmosphere, it really put me in the holiday spirit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. One thing I really appreciated was the complimentary breakfast that was offered, it was delicious and had a variety of options. The hotel was also located in a perfect spot, close to all the best shopping and restaurants, and just a short distance from the main attractions.

Although my stay was great, there were a couple of things that could use improvement. The first was that the rooms were a bit small, but I didn't spend too much time in them anyways since I was out exploring the city.
